Chief Operating Officer: Spring 2024
Samantha Ngo is a third-year student majoring in Business Administration, concentrating in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Finance at California State University, Fullerton. She will be graduating in May 2025.
She thoroughly enjoys serving in the College of Business and Economics community and currently holds several leadership positions, including the Chief Operating Officer of the Association for Operations and Supply Chain Management, President of the Business Inter-Club Council, Recruiting and Success Factors Ambassador of the Women’s Leadership Program, and Leadership Scholar of the Giles-O'Malley Center for Leadership.
Her professional experience includes an internship at Niagara Bottling as a Tax Intern, where she mastered sales and use tax intricacies for raw materials and machinery and conducted research to evaluate a new plant expansion feasibility for the company’s strategic growth and investment.
She joined AOSCM to learn more about various avenues, such as operations, inventory management, and demand planning & forecasting, and strives to contribute her skills to a manufacturing company specializing in consumer packaged goods. She aims to help other students find their career path of interest in OSCM and secure professional experiences within their area(s) of interest.
