Role Overview:

As a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will manage wholesale and retail order fulfillment, collaborating with sales, production, and inventory teams to ensure seamless shipping and logistics operations. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as you’ll be responsible for both domestic and international shipping in a fast-paced, luxury goods environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Process both wholesale and retail shipments using platforms like Shipstation, Parcel Pro, and DHL.

Shipping Documentation: Generate shipping and customs documents for both domestic and international shipments, including returns.

Wholesale Account Coordination: Collaborate with wholesale clients to manage shipping logistics, track orders, and update clients on shipment status.

Key Responsibilities:

PR & PO Management:

Once approved, release the PO to the appropriate purchaser and vendor.

Invoice Tracking:

Purchasing Card (p-card) Administration:

Support Business Development Operations:

Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management:

Release Purchase Orders (POs), track open orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods to support Production and R&D.

Supplier Engagement:

Identify and engage with new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Production & Supply Chain Coordination:

Monitor part supply constraints that may impact production schedules and create mitigation plans.

Data Management:

About the Role:

As a Distribution Coordinator I, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, delivery/pick-up scheduling, and parts processing. You will also ensure the accuracy of processing and inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination:

Manage deliveries and pick-ups for the mountain region Carrier Partner (P.E.P), specifically for Utah and Colorado.

Coordinate truckload shipments on Mondays and Wednesdays via San Global to UT and CO.

Inventory Management:

Reconcile off-site carrier inventories between CDOC and the Carrier.

Coordinate wholesale orders for removal.

Safety Leadership:

Lead the Safety Committee for San Pedro, including safety data collection and PowerPoint presentations.

Communication:

Act as the primary communicator for the warehouse functions and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
